I have also heard that bacon is good. You should probably try it along with the previous suggestion of bacon.

Beer, Canned Foods, Rice, Pasta, Potatoes, Carton of egg (so you don't smash eggs in your cooler), Meat, Beer

That way you can make Chilli, Rice and Beans, Spaghetti, Breakfast, Soup

Some good noodle cups or dinner thingies (the nicer-than-ramen stuff).

I'm always a fan of hobo dinners. I wrap meat and potatoes and veggies in thick tin foil. Not sure how that would cook on a stove. Something like pork and beans or chili that could cook in it's own can might be easiest

Ramen hot pot - Take a small pot, boil some water, add your noodles, then add frozen veggies once the noodles are almost done. Bags of frozen vegetables can be used like ice packs to preserve space.

Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup - Grill your grilled cheese on one burner while heating up a can of soup on the other. Use the soup for dipping.

Fried rice - Step 1) boil water, make rice with it. Step 2) wait a bit. Step 3) heat pan or skillet and begin cooking the meat. Step 4) add vegetables. Step 5) Add rice. Step 6) cook for a while and add soy sauce (chinese restaurant packets work great) or whatever seasoning or sauce you want

Italian Sausage Stir Fry - Slice up italian sausage into discs, fry with peppers and onions and serve with tortillas or pita bread.
